weird

A few weeks ago we saw this gorgeous thing just chilling for hours on a tree branch outside the house…

regal, supremely beautiful, weird, a little bit creepy looking… my photo was an abstract blur… but after watching for almost an hour through binoculars we matched it to this beauty. The Barred Owl.

    It is so amazing. I love owls, but have never seen one in the wild. They are such gorgeous creatures. How exciting!

      ah unfortunately i did not take this… my photo came out blurry and a big blob… once mr weiss and i identified what kind of owl it was we found a photo online.

    I love owls, there’s something so mystical and calming about them, how lovely to look out your door and see this beautiful creature 🙂
