grilled lamb

Nothing like throwing on a big ole slab a meat on a hot summers day…  this is my go to marinade for all things lamby.  For a 2-3 lb piece of boneless lamb I mix together 3 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp chopped rosemary, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 cup olive oil. Slather over meat and let marinade a couple of hours.

A good way to cook veggies on the grill so they don’t fall through the cracks is to make foil packets, you can pretty much put anything between tin foil, just add some fresh herbs, salt and pepper and a good drizzle of olive oil and seal tightly.

This took about 35 mins for a medium cooked piece of meat.

Yum.
