Because it’s winter and what else are you gonna do?
1/2 red cabbage finely shredded
2 scallions sliced thin
1/2 c roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 lemon squeezed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
pinch salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients. Yip that’s it.
served with a melange of roasted veggies.
