see you all next week and in the meantime a recipe for when it FINALLY becomes summer. I found this recipe via the good ole internet, I was not a fan of cold cucumber soup but after making this version, it’s a stand out.

Cucumber Soup (via internet, original source lost link)

4 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped

1 tbsp dill chopped

3/4 c buttermilk

3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp celery seed, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Place cucumbers in blender or food processor, puree until desired smoothness. Add everything else. Chill at least 1 hour.
