gone fishing…

What? okay not exactly but if I said by the time you read this I will be steaming out of New York’s harbor on-board the Queen Mary 2!  Would  your jaws be on the floor? I know mine is.  We are going for a special birthday celebration with another couple who managed to get an amazing deal on the tickets.  Woo Hoo.

I just wish I hadn’t been glued to the telly recently when Titanic was on!   You jump I jump right Mr Weiss?

My ‘burg watchin binoculars are nestled in amongst my party frocks for the four formal dining nights, two semi formal and one elegant casual, which I’m not entirely sure exactly this means but I know I soon will.  A week to get to Southampton, England and then we fly immediately to Iceland for 5 days.  WHAAAAT!! yeah I know Iceland, the land of volcanic activity, puffins, stinky whale meat, dog sleddin, wild reindeer, the northern lights and god knows what else they got going on over there, but I’m sure it’ll be a crazy ass place.  I’ll will report back once stateside somewhere around mid January, safe Atlantic crossing permitting of course.
