I got this out of the July Bon Appetit Magazine… I love Za’atar and it was great on grilled chicken, so great I was too busy eating it to take a finished shot. Sorry!
Za’atar
1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
1 tbsp sumac
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp fresh ground pepper.
Combine. Slap on, so far I’ve had it on chicken, steak and tofu. All great!

I bet that chicken was delicious. How long did you you grill the chicken?
about 35 mins total… grilling it just off the direct hot heat, so it didn’t char too much.
