With another gorgeous New York weekend, some of us got outside… but once I spied these over here, and my only thought was…. how long will it take to get these into my mouth? about 47 mins to be exact!
Sea Salt Brownies (adapted from recipe source here)
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
2 oz bittersweet chocolate finely chopped
1/4 c + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c ap flour
1/2 tsp Malden sea salt, or any other large flake salt
Heat oven to 350F, line a 9 x 9 inch square baking pan with foil and lightly butter.
In a largish pot melt butter and cbocolate over medium low heat, when incorporated smoothly add each of the following ingredients (except salt) one at a time, whisking between each addition, cocoa, eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour. Pour into the prepared pan, sprinkle salt on top.
Bake 30-35 mins until the edge is set and a toothpick in the center comes out with a little coated batter. Cool 1 hour… if you can wait that is.

fudgy, chewy delicious-ness!
