One of the more exciting things you get to do after buying a house, once the dust has settled and the hyperventilating has calmed down, is put your stamp on it. I can confidently say that the wee house benefited greatly from the bowels of ebay. On ebay you can find anything, and it’s good to know that you can also get things shipped, relatively heavy things too, via Greyhound to your nearest depot. There they will hold things for you (small fee) until you can back your car in and load up. It’s rather civilized, quite convenient (HUGE exception, Penn Station Greyhound Depot NYC) and doesn’t cost you the arm or the leg you think it’s going to, case in point 4 Paul McCobb iron and wood dining chairs, via Greyhound from Florida, individually boxed for $100. Now that’s value. So here are a few of my favorite things…

Hi Kim, i got the orange lamp on ebay, it’s danish made from teak and brass and the orange ball globes are made from a hard lacquered twine! pretty nutty right? the gorgeous and really hot fisher stove came with the house, I’m sitting right in front of it now!
I like the photos of ur house a lot…things mesh and look like u actually live there.
Where did u get that coffee table? It goes so well with the couch.
Hi Tania, the coffee table is something I’ve had kicking around for years, got it in a thrift shop. I think these come up on ebay quite often, try searching for danish slat coffee table. Hope this helps!
